Lisa Coombes - President​ (Officer)

Lisa Coombes is the Records Analyst for Wake County.  Prior to her position at the city she worked for the North Carolina State Archives for 7 years in various roles including Scanning Technician, Reference Archivist, and Records Analyst.

Lisa graduated from North Carolina State University with an M.A. in Public History with a concentration in Archives and Records Management.  She joined ARMA in 2015 and has been serving on the ARMA Triangle Board since 2016.

Theresa Wall - Treasurer (Officer)

Theresa Wall is a skilled records and information professional at Iron Mountain with over 21 years of experience in the Records and Information Management Industry.  In her current role as a Records Program Manager, she contributes subject matter expertise in the areas of Records Information Management (RIM) program development, is responsible for the overall management of personnel, and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items. She manages task identification and maintains a close liaison with the customer.  She has a strong leadership ability to work with individuals across the organization and adds value with a strong customer service ethic.  

​Theresa’s involvement in ARMA and AIIM is important in growing her records management expertise.  She joined ARMA in 1998 and served on the local board 6 years before taking a year break and has now rejoined the board. She is married, has one grown married daughter and one granddaughter.

Hillary Gatlin - Secretary​ (Officer)

Hillary Gatlin is the Records Manager for Duke University. In her role with the Duke University Archives, Hillary works with university departments to identify, transfer, and preserve their historical and business records.

Hillary received her MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010. She has been a member of ARMA International since 2010. Hillary was previously a member of the ARMA Mid-Michigan Chapter Board, and is excited to join the ARMA Triangle Chapter. She is also a member of the Society of American Archivists Records Management Section steering committee.

Emily Singletary - ​Public Relations

Emily Singletary is the Digital Imaging Unit Supervisor at Experimental Pathology Laboratories, Inc. (EPL) and has worked in the records management industry for over 15 years. She oversees image capturing and related data gathering for EPL’s contracts with the National Toxicology Program (NTP) Archives and NTP Pathology Quality Assessment.

Emily received a degree in biological sciences from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. She joined ARMA in 2014.

Chris Prince - ​Membership Chair

Chris Prince, CRM, is a Lead Ethics & Compliance Analyst with Duke Energy and has supported the Records and Information   Management (RIM) Compliance function for over 20 years.   She has supported all aspects of a Records and  Information Management Program:  Creation of policy and procedures; establish Records Retention Schedules including regulatory research; day-to-day Record Center operations including vendor management; and conversion services including both micrographics and digital output.  She also has experience with copy services in the management of 800+ assets (copiers and fax machines) located throughout three (3) states.

Chris is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a BA in Information Management.  While at UND, she participated in two RIM internships in the Research Triangle Park.  Upon graduation, she loaded up her car and headed south!  She has been a chapter member since 1989 and received her Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation in 1997.  

Janet Dodson - Programs Chair

Janet Dodson is the Senior Manager, Information Governance at Biogen working across the Company globally in the Privacy, Rick and Governance group.  Janet started her career in the records management over 34 years ago at GSK holding various positions and roles along the way in microimaging, records consulting, project management, education and training and privacy.  
​
​Janet has been an ARMA Triangle member off and on since 1992.  Janet’s passion when not working on exciting records management projects are painting, hanging out with her foster failure dogs and supporting the local animal shelter for over 12 years as a board member, photography guru, dog washer, dish washer and various fundraising activities along the way.   Remember, spay and neuter those pets!

Matthew DeBellis - Webmaster

Matthew DeBellis has served as the Records Manager for the Town of Chapel Hill since 2018.  He works with all town departments on record retention compliance, public records requests, and general records management. He has been a member of ARMA since 2018 and has been serving on the ARMA Triangle Board since January 2020.
